* If you are claiming ACC the paperwork for this will be completed at your first visit. This is an important information gathering appointment, so please allow an hour.

​What to Expect at Capital Chiropractic Centre

We’ve found that one of the best ways to have successful patient relationships is to explain everything in advance so there are no surprises. 

Initial Visit: This will include a thorough health history and physical examination. Depending on your case your chiropractor may refer you for spinal x-rays. X-rays not only allow us to provide the safest care possible for you but can be another tool we can use to be even more effective with our care. This will be discussed once your history and physical exam have been performed.

Second Visit/Report of Findings: This visit will go over the findings of your physical exam and x-rays. These will be explained thoroughly to you and the chiropractor will explain a care plan for you with regard to frequency, technique and any lifestyle advice to implement at home. 

Regular Visit: This will be an appointment where we check and adjust the spine. These are very straightforward and do not take up much time once your chiropractor has done all the ground work in visit one and two.
